  • Which locations do you service? (Ex: GTA)
    We service all areas of Central (GTA), East (Ottawa) & West (London) regions across Ontario. We also service the Northern region up to Parry Sounds & Nipissing.
  • Which background options do you have available?
    We have a choice of 18 different background options to select from. Our backdrop size is 8ft x 8ft. Please see the “backdrops” section for more information.
  • Am I able to get a digitial download of my photos?
    Yes! We can provide digital copies of your photos on site and/or, we will provide a photo library of all photos taken after the event.
  • Do the photobooths come with props?
    Yes! It’s your choice if you would like to include the props with your event.
  • Do you do outdoor events?
    Yes, we do outdoor events.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Should you want to cancel you may at any time, however the initial deposit will not be returned to you.
  • How do I create my photo booth printout template?
    Please fill out the “Details of your event” document & we will illustrate a mock draft for you. Should your company have a logo or a couple has a monogram, please send the artwork as PNG or PDF with a transparent background.
  • Do you charge overtime?
    We charge $250.00 per hour for overtime.
